Executive Chef Riley Sanders leads our kitchen with a vision to create a unique dining experience in Chiang Rai that defies convention through relentless committment to quality and creativity. Previously serving as Executive Chef of Canvas in Bangkok, Chef Riley’s cooking has received widespread acclaim in Thailand from numerous publications including The MICHELIN Guide (One MICHELIN Star, 2019-2024), The Best Chef Awards (1 Knife, 2025), BK Magazine Top Tables, Opinionated About Dining, 50 Best Discovery, and Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants (Chef of the Year, 2024).
Nilas Corneliussen

Chef de Cuisine Nilas Corneliussen’s background in internationally recognized Nordic restaurants including Noma, Oaxen Krog, and Esperanto brings a wealth of experience to our team. Chef Nilas served as a member of the silver metal winning Swedish Bocuse D’or team lead by Sebastian Gibrand in 2019. In 2021, Nilas joined Chef Prin Polsuk at highly acclaimed Samrub Samrub Thai in Bangkok, further strengthening his experience with Thai ingredients. Most recently, Nilas served as Executive Chef at Villa Frantzèn in Bangkok, receiving recognition from The MICHELIN Guide, 50 Best Discovery, La Liste (2024), and Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants (Trailblazer Award, 2024).
